The function
This role reports directly to the Global Process Owner for Source to Settle and will be instrumental in shaping and executing the future-state vision of the STS process. As a senior contributor, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and strategic transformation across Coupa and SAP S/4HANA platforms.
You will be responsible for translating strategic goals into actionable plans, championing change management efforts, and embedding a culture of innovation and resilience. Your work will span process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and branding of transformation initiatives to ensure alignment and visibility across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between the STS GPO team, Operational Teams, and Procurement, ensuring alignment and feedback loops.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce complexity, and improve user experience across STS workflows.
Measure and monitor performance health and benchmark externally.
Lead or support cross-functional initiatives that drive process improvement, automation, and adoption of new tools.
Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder communications, training materials, and engagement strategies.
Own the creation of process documentation, visualizations, and branded materials that support clarity, consistency, and adoption.
Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and enablement activities to ensure stakeholder needs are met and voices are heard.
Support integration efforts with Coupa and SAP S/4HANA by documenting business requirements and testing process flows.
Monitor performance metrics, gather feedback, and contribute to ongoing process refinement and innovation.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
4–6 years of experience in shared services, procurement, finance operations, or transformation roles
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience creating engaging content and presentations
Experience with process documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro)
Familiarity with Coupa and/or SAP S/4HANA preferred
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
Passion for simplification, user experience, and change enablement
Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills
Experience in a global or matrixed organization
Exposure to branding or design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Knowledge of agile methodologies or lean process improvement
Experience supporting training, enablement, or communications programs
