The Senior Specialist in Marketing Execution will manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, support marketing teams with platforms like Eloqua, and provide training for onboarding new marketers.

The Senior Specialist, Marketing Execution will work with internal groups to enable execution of end-to-end complex outbound strategic marketing campaigns. They also will be responsible for delivery of all Eloqua elements for these campaigns. This role also requires the ability to provide Eloqua support to Activation marketers when they are presented with difficulties they cannot solve. Collaborate the wider Digital team to develop ‘Always on’ inbound marketing projects.
The successful candidate will:
• Implement campaigns end-to-end using Eloqua
• Build segments, emails, forms, landing pages
• Provide support to marketing teams on the marketing ecosystem including Eloqua, OpenExchange, and Pathfactory. 
• Support integrated inbound digital marketing activity
• Be the point of contact for creating complex marketing campaigns
• Deliver end-user training and lead all aspects of campaign development when new marketers are onboarded to Eloqua
• Support updates of shared assets, e.g., segments, headers, footers, workflows
• Work with marketing teams to troubleshoot issues
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
• 5 years hands-on experience using Marketing Automation platforms with a preference for Eloqua 
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
• Can drive projects with minimal supervision and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record to form relationships with and influence all levels within an organization
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. 
• Able to interpret and present complex information effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and an ability to bring innovation and freshness to our marketing execution
• Results focused and highly collaborative
• Experience working in the financial industry is ideal, knowledge of LSEG and the market it operates in is desired
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proactive, focused, individual who can get results

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience
• Strong business insight, understands the key financial drivers and dynamics related to growth and revenue goals of an organization
• Analytically proficient, results focused and highly collaborative
• Experience working in the Financial industry is ideal, knowledge of LSEG and the markets it operates in is desired
