The Solution Architecture team is vital to the success of Workday's Solution Consultant organization. The team serves as the connection between Sales, Product, Services, and Marketing helping showcase Workday's solutions to audiences across the globe!

About the Role

Workday is looking for an outstanding, seasoned Solution Architect who can work collaboratively with Solution Architects and global Solution Consulting teams. The successful Solution Architect will have significant experience with managing contracts, how to turn contracts into useful data sets for executives, or CLM systems,  and will come with an informed point of view about how to compete in today’s market.

The Solution Architecture team has a primary responsibility for implementing and maintaining the content of the sales demo tenants. Your role will be to implement new features as they become available, support prospect-specific demo requirements, and interact with product management. As a Solution Architect , responsibilities and focus areas include:

  • Contribute to demonstration tenant builds
  • Strategic support of key sales opportunities
  • Partner closely with the field Solution Consulting team to understand unique challenges in the market
  • Prioritize functional tenant requirements, ensuring the team maximizes value for our stakeholders
  • Help develop the go-to-market strategy for Solution Architecture, determining how the team will approach tenant support for industry and the suite of products related to contract management and CLM
  • Evaluate the Contract Intelligence and CLM application landscape and develop cohesive solutions that showcase the value of Workday’s platform
  • Share best practices with the broader Solution Architecture organization, ensuring other team members are tightly aligned to the needs of our partner organizations

About the Evisort Solution

The Evisort solution provides groundbreaking AI technology that automatically analyzes contracts and other documents to extract key information and make them searchable, simplifying decision-making while helping to reduce costs and manage risk. We automate manual work, facilitate collaboration, and streamline operations so businesses can make better decisions with better data, accelerate deal making, and manage contracts with a fraction of the effort.

By reimagining legal documents, we take the stress out of contract management, empowering people to do their best work while turning contracts from an obligation to be managed into a source of competitive advantage.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience working with enterprise applications
  • 7+ years of Solution Consultant, Solution Architect, and/or Implementation experience
  • 5+ years of experience with contract management, contract data, CLM, or AI tools related to document management and data extraction

Other Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of CLM and contract management platforms and challenges.
  • Strong understanding of Healthcare, Financial Services, and Technology industries, the challenges prospective customers face, and how Workday is uniquely positioned to support their needs.
  • Creative thinker who can develop solutions to meet the broad needs of our partners
  • Experience designing operational workflows
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive independently, while also being a strong team player
  • Creative thinker who is willing and able to tackle challenging problems that others cannot
  • Ability to travel periodically for team meetings and Solution Consulting/Marketing events.
     


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $143,400 USD - $215,200 USD


 

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $136,600 USD - $225,500 USD

If performed in Colorado, the pay range for this job is $136,600 - $205,000 USD based on min and max pay range for that role if performed in CO.
