Intel's IP Program Office is seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Software Architect to design, build, and support internal software applications that enable technical documentation, publishing, and review workflows across the enterprise.
This is a senior individual contributor role (no people management) requiring strong full stack engineering skills, architectural experience, and end to end ownership in an enterprise environment.
What You'll Do
• Design, develop, and support internal web applications across frontend, backend, integrations, and production environments
• Contribute to system architecture, coding standards, and long term maintainability
• Partner with stakeholders to improve technical authoring and publishing workflows
• Support and integrate commercial and internal documentation tools
• Apply disciplined engineering practices including testing, code review, and operational support
• Use AI assisted development tools responsibly, applying validation and review

Minimum Qualifications and Experience ("must have", non-negotiable):
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum years of software development experience:
• 10+ years with a Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years with a Master's degree
• 4+ years with a PhD
In addition, you must have the experience listed in the following:
- Software architecture definition, high-level design, and modeling.
- Programming ability and expertise in modern programming languages.
- Machine learning frameworks, distributed systems, and full-stack software frameworks.
- Prototyping, proof-of-concept design, and technical requirement definition.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience: (these skills are "nice to have" and negotiable):
• Full stack development experience (e.g., Ruby on Rails, ASP.NET MVC, or similar)
• Frontend experience with React, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms, integrations, or XML based publishing workflows
• Professional experience using AI assisted coding tools
