- Build and operate backend services in Node.js/TypeScript with additional exposure to Python
- Ship cloud-native systems on Kubernetes and Cloud Services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Set up and evolve CI/CD with GitHub Actions
- Keep a high testing bar (unit, integration, e2e) and design for testability
- Debug and improve distributed systems in production with strong observability
- Our solutions are built on a single fully cloud-native platform that supports web and mobile app interfaces, multiple languages, and is adapted to the country and healthcare specialty requirements. To address these challenges, we are modularizing our platform run in a distributed architecture through reusable components.
- Our stack is composed of Rails, TypeScript, Java, Python, Kotlin, Swift, and React Native.

- You have at least 5+ years of backend engineering experience
- You have the ability to design, build, and maintain scalable, resilient backend systems using Node.js/TypeScript (with some Python)
- You have proven experience deploying and operating services on Kubernetes within at least one major Cloud Service (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- You have experience with CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions)
- You have a proven testing culture (unit/integration/e2e) and code quality focus
- Experience with real-time communication systems (WebRTC, chat, streaming, or VoIP)
- Exposure to telephony basics (SIP, RTP/SRTP, SBCs, SIP trunks)
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ/NATS/Redis Streams)
