Job DescriptionAs a Senior Software Engineer – Full stack you will be part of our CrossCore Consortia Software Engineering Team. Reporting into Software Team Manager you will contribute to the CrossCore development - a smart, open, plug-and-play platform for fraud and identity services. It delivers a future-proof way to modify strategies quickly, catch fraud faster, improve compliance, and enhance the customer experience. We are developing An AI-powered, cloud-native Case Management that consolidates credit risk and fraud prevention into a single workspace. It is designed to provide a 360º view of the case for a complete and contextualized analysis and action, with full audit trails.
What you'll do:
- Research and Develop high-quality software for the SaaS projects
- Produce high quality clean, testable and efficient code
- Work with Product Owner and Architects to capture functional requirements and dependencies
- Share knowledge and inspire teammates to improve their technical skills
- Promote and foster engineering excellence
- Perform code reviews and ensure new code is following established coding practices
- Write automation tests as part of development process
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Knowledge of OOP principles, data structures, algorithms & design patterns
- Experience with good software development practices (Clean Code, Refactoring)
- Knowledge of collections, concurrency, generics, error handling and persistence frameworks
- Knowledge of Java 8+
- Experience with ReactJS, NodeJS
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker and AWS
- Experience with Rest API, Spring, Spring-MVC, Spring-Security frameworks
- Fluency in English
The following skills will be considered as an advantages:
- Experience with microservice architectures
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience with automation frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, Cucumber)
- Experience with monitoring and reporting tools (Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace)
