C++ Software Engineer (Windows Applications Developer)

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with advanced expertise in C++ for Windows application development. You’ll work on established codebases, contribute to solution architecture, and deliver end-to-end functionality with minimal supervision. This role requires strong technical depth, problem-solving ability, and ownership, along with clear communication and collaboration skills.

• Develop and maintain Windows applications using C++.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical questions and ensure secure, high-quality solutions.

• Manage version control workflows with Git (branching, merging, reviews, pull requests).

• Contribute to solution architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

• Share knowledge and promote best practices within the engineering team.

• Document system functionality, design decisions, and workflows.

• Advanced proficiency in C++ for Windows-based development.

• Strong background in Windows application development.

• Proven ability in debugging and performance optimization for complex systems.

• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development practices.

• Fluent in English, with strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

• Experience with Java (backend services).

• Familiarity with OAuth authentication protocols.

• Knowledge of gRPC and Google Protobuf.

• Background with Google Workspace apps (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms) or Admin Console.

• Prior Windows client-side development experience.

• Understanding of Chromium.

• Previous collaboration with large-scale enterprise clients.

• Primary language: C++

• Secondary language: Java (preferred but optional)

• Frameworks & tools: gRPC, Google Protobuf

• Version control: Git
