Job Description
- Advise clients on Salesforce best practices and implementation strategies.
- Customize Salesforce applications to align with business processes and requirements.
- Conduct training sessions for users and stakeholders on Salesforce functionalities.
- Analyze client needs and design Salesforce solutions that meet those needs.
- Configure Salesforce to optimize performance and usability.
- Implement and customize Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Develop and execute data migration plans to ensure seamless transitions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance to address issues and enhance system functionality
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and its various modules.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Workflow, Lightning (LWC) and Sales Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
Additional Information
Nice-to-have skills:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) preferred.
- Service and Marketing Cloud experience is an advantage.
