Opportunity & Impact
The Sr. Sales Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in helping Redox meet its sales goals by equipping the sales team with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to engage effectively with customers and close deals. They will lead product and market training, develop sales playbooks, and improve the prospect experience with cross-departmental collaboration.
Job Responsibilities
The Sr. Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing enablement strategies to empower the sales team with the knowledge, resources, and tools they need to sell effectively. This role is crucial to ensure sales reps are well-prepared to engage with prospects, accelerate deal closures, and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align goals and improve sales productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales training and onboarding plan development
- Manage and optimize sales tools to assist in sales performance and processes
- Collaborate with other teams to optimize sales operations and track KPI
- Develop sales playbooks and best practices
- Lead cross-functional collaborative initiatives with product, marketing, and customer success
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in roles such as sales enablement, client management, and/or sales-related required within the healthcare / health tech in a startup environment
- Sales process expertise alignment with methodologies in the space of pipeline management and performance metrics
- Sales training and development skills such as the ability to coach sellers 1:1 and develop onboarding programs
- Content creation and management in developing sales playbooks and content strategy
- Project management, project planning, and ability to shift with competing priorities
- Must have a client-obsessed lens in all that is being done - understanding customer needs, personas, and have the mentality of always clearly the path for the sales team
- Emotional intelligence and influence - must be able to empathize with all team members, influence
Software Platform/Tools
- Experience with Salesforce and/or other CRM tools, Gsuite, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Clay, Doc
