As Senior Risk Manager, you’ll play a vital role in safeguarding our business and supporting our mission. You’ll help us manage risk effectively so we can deliver great outcomes for our customers and meet our strategic goals. Broad role supporting providing risk management support (Sales, Finance, Tech)
Lead the development and implementation of the Risk Management Framework
Provide 2nd line oversight and challenge, help set and monitor risk appetite
Produce clear, holistic risk and control reporting to support senior decision-making
Partner with teams across all three lines of defence to foster a well-controlled, high-performing organisation.
Support the Executive Risk Committee (Board papers, risk reports)
Build strong relationships with regulators
Ensure all governance in place - policies and procedures
Drive continuous improvement in governance and control frameworks
What We’re Looking For
Risk management expert with significant Insurance / Re-Insurance sector experience
Familiar with EEA regulatory environments
Excellent knowledge of governance frameworks, regulatory requirements and three lines of defence models.
Proven ability to design and implement risk frameworks
Skilled communicator with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
Financial Services / Risk Management qualification – advantageous
