About the role

We’re seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to enhance processes, improve data visibility, and inform decision-making across the Go-to-Market organization.


On a typical day, you will…
  • Analyze performance across the entire funnel to identify growth opportunities and process inefficiencies.
  • Partner with the RevOps Team to build the systems and insights that keep our growth predictable and our goals on track.
  • Spot bottlenecks and opportunities across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, and turn insights into clear actions.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to refine lead management, forecasting, and pipeline health tracking.
  • Lead data-driven initiatives to improve conversion rates and operational efficiency.
 What you’ll need to bring
  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or a similar analytical GTM role.
  • Hands-on experience managing data, CRM workflows, and reporting across the full funnel.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce or HubSpot).
  • A builder’s mindset: proactive, curious, and ready to roll up your sleeves to make things work better.
