Sr Revenue Marketing Manager - Growth & Lifecycle Campaigns

United States (Atlanta or Remote)

Digital Campaign Management

As the Sr Digital Campaign Manager on our Growth & Lifecycle team, your primary focus will be to develop and lead global digital campaigns that span the whole customer lifecycle, from new logo acquisition to customer adoption and retention. You'll work closely across teams to develop and manage digital campaigns that drive awareness, pipeline and revenue growth for Salesloft’s Revenue Orchestration Platform.  

  • : With a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably SaaS, you thrive equally in defining digital strategies and executing campaign plans. You’ve demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic, personalized, and data-driven campaigns that attract and convert high-quality leads, fueling the growth of pipeline and revenue.
  • More than just a strategic resource, you excel at managing projects and executing campaign plans, ensuring  digital campaigns are not only well thought out, but implemented at a high level as well. You’re equally skilled at developing a strategic and data backed POV as you are working across teams to align content, creative, vendors and more.
  • You already know that relevant and valuable content is the lifeblood of digital marketing. You prefer to be at the center of the strategic development and production of high performing content because you understand how critical it is to the ultimate success of our campaigns. Working closely with our creative, content, and product marketing teams, you’ll help lead strategy and ensure our campaigns have the content needed to attract and engage target audiences.
  • You have a knack for data interpretation and reporting, leveraging insights to optimize digital campaigns and drive results. Your ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions is crucial for collaborating effectively across Salesloft.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment, leveraging diverse resources to find answers and solutions. Comfortable working closely with ABM and Integrated Campaign leaders, you excel at building strong relationships across teams and influencing stakeholders with analytics to achieve shared goals. 
  • You possess advanced knowledge of marketing program management systems, processes, and reporting tools. Your familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, and account-based platforms like 6sense is essential for building a scalable revenue generation engine.
  • You're driven by a desire to continuously improve and innovate, leveraging data analytics and market insights to refine strategies, tactics, and processes. Your experimentation mindset and willingness to test new approaches and technologies are critical for driving revenue growth.

  • Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation and immerse yourself in our company culture.
  • Initiate 1:1 meetings with your manager to align on goals and objectives.
  • Review current target demographics, segments, target account lists, as well as Salesloft positioning and messaging.
  • Get up to speed on Salesloft’s GTM campaign strategy framework.

  • Thoroughly assess our growth and lifecycle campaigns and develop an initial roadmap for both low hanging fruit and longer term optimizations.
  • Collaborate with your manager and colleagues to evolve our comprehensive roadmap for enhancing digital marketing strategies and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Implement initial low hanging fruit optimizations based on data analysis and stakeholder feedback to drive measurable results.
  • Start taking ownership of digital campaign strategy and execution.

  • Execute on our roadmap for enhancing growth and lifecycle campaigns, driving significant improvements in key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize paid media spend allocation, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to key stakeholders across the organization, effectively communicating the impact of paid acquisition initiatives on revenue growth and business objectives.

  • Drive substantial revenue growth through the successful execution of growth and lifecycle campaigns, exceeding targets and contributing to the company's overall success.

The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
