Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to look after the overall quality parameters of raw milk.
What you’ll do
- Testing of Milk and Milk products for Physico-chemical parameters.
- Preparation of Chemicals & Standardization
- Monitoring GMP practices and process CCP’s.
- Maintaining GLP requirements.
- Maintaining of all log sheets as per the ISO and data compilation.
- Coordination with internal Quality, production and FG store team.
- Equipment Calibration, Verification & maintain the records.
- FG packaging weight monitoring
- Update and coordinate daily activities
- Investigation of product quality issue
- Data entry in LIMS and product release in Oracle.
What you need to succeed
Qualification: B. Sc. Chemistry, B. Tech (Dairy/Food), M. Sc (Analytic/ Organic)
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Good knowledge on GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GLP (Good Laboratory Practices)
Readiness to work in all the shifts
