What You ‘ll Do
- You will join our high-performance engineering team and contribute to designing and developing scalable backend platforms and enterprise grade applications using modern Python technologies.
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as Fast API and Django.
- Design and build scalable REST APIs and microservices architecture for enterprise applications.
- Implement real time communication features using WebSockets and Server-Sent Events (SSE).
- Design, optimize, and manage database schemas, queries, and performance tuning activities.
- Work extensively with PostgreSQL and SQL Server databases for high performance and reliable data management.
- Implement ORM based data access using SQLAlchemy and Django ORM.
- Containerize applications and services using Docker to support scalable deployment environments.
- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams to deliver business critical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, testing methodologies, and deployment best practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Support CI/CD implementation and contribute towards improving engineering and release processes.
What We Seek In You
- 5+ years of experience in backend development using Python technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and Django frameworks.
- Hands on experience in REST API development and microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server (SSMS).
- Experience working with ORM frameworks such as SQLAlchemy and Django ORM.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming concepts using async/await.
- Hands-on experience implementing WebSockets and Server-Sent Events (SSE).
- Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices.
- Proficiency in Git and version control workflows.
- Strong understanding of scalable system design, backend optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience working in agile and collaborative development environments.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision making is an added advantage.
