Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and execute complex, high-impact projects within the payments industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end project delivery—from planning to execution—while ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance requirements, and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex business and technology projects, particularly within the payments domain.
Ensure seamless integration, server configuration, and compliance with cybersecurity protocols.
Apply in-depth knowledge of business operations and technical systems to make informed project decisions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and the Head of Enterprise to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
Develop and improve project management frameworks and methodologies to suit the evolving needs of the organization.
Act as a mentor to project teams, setting clear expectations and promoting a high-performance culture.
Make autonomous, confident decisions with minimal supervision, demonstrating ownership and leadership.
Maintain a strong understanding of compliance regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (can be substituted with equivalent experience).
5-6 years of proven experience in project management roles, preferably in the payments or fintech sector.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, etc.).
Solid understanding of compliance, regulatory frameworks, and cybersecurity protocols.
