This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we’ve announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This Position reports to:

We are looking for a new team member to join our Global Center for Robotic Workstation Production (EDP – Engineering Delivery Platform) in Mošnov, expanding our current team in the role of Project Manager – Robotics.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing projects according to defined plans (in terms of time, budget, resources, contracts, and cash flow)

• Creating project timelines and planning human and material resources

• Coordinating and supervising the project team

• Taking responsibility for the project budget and continuously monitoring it to ensure positive cash flow

• Communicating externally and internally (with customers, suppliers, and internal departments such as B&P)

• Representing the company both internally and externally

• Collaborating with the purchasing team to secure all necessary materials (including inquiry processes, negotiations, and final purchases) while adhering to ABB policies

• Organizing your own time spent on the project

• Leading teams composed of both internal and external personnel

• Taking a proactive approach to business activities related to the project (e.g., offering additional services)

• Identifying new business opportunities and contacts

Who We’re Looking For

• Secondary or university education

• Previous experience with the SAP ERP system

• At least 3 years of experience in project management within manufacturing

• Communicative level of Czech and English (minimum B2) – for teleconferencing

• Strong analytical thinking

• Willingness to travel abroad occasionally (approx. twice per quarter)
