THE ROLE & THE TEAM 

 Zeos by Zalando is our B2B division which is currently offering to our partners: Zalando Fulfillment Solutions (ZFS), Zalando Shipping Solutions (ZSS), Zalando Returns Solutions (ZRS) and Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).  

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage the execution of projects across various teams. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong focus on detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that all objectives are met within scope, budget, and timelines.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)..

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources. Work with teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed as per the specifications, within scope and on time.

• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, including timelines, risks, and deliverables.

• Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints. Track and report project expenses.

• Risk and Issue Management: Identify and assess potential risks or issues. Proactively work to resolve conflicts and roadblocks as they arise.

• Quality Control: Ensure that project deliverables meet the defined quality standards and specifications, and conduct post-project evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.

• Project Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, project status reports to stakeholders.including plans, timelines, status reports, and post-project analysis.

• Process Improvement: Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and systems, contributing to enhanced project delivery and outcomes.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF...

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects at once.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
