Job Title: Senior Program Manager – Network Integration & Mission Operations

Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager with 10+ years of experience leading complex network and mission operations programs. This role requires expertise in developing and executing innovative strategies to merge disparate networks into a unified Network Operations Center (NOC) to enhance operational efficiency, security, and mission continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end program management for network integration initiatives.
• Design and implement synergy strategies to consolidate multiple mission-focused networks.
• Lead a team responsible for 24x7 network mission support operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, cyber, and operations teams to drive alignment and execution.
• Serve as primary interface with senior stakeholders, delivering updates on progress, risk, and value realization.
• Ensure compliance with programmatic, technical, and contractual requirements.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of program/project management in network and mission operations.
• 5 years of experience as a program manager in IT disciplines.
• Proven experience in NOC development and multi-network integration.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT, network architecture, and operational continuity.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and streamline mission-critical infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience leading contractor teams in support of Dod or IC
Desired Attributes:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience supporting government
• Master's degree
• Demonstrated experience with programs deploying IT solutions supporting complex intelligence collection platforms
• Demonstrated experience with DOD or IC IT accreditation process
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree. May substitute with four (4) years of demonstrated experience in IT disciplines. Years of experience for substitution are in addition to other years of experience requirements.
