ABOUT THE JOB

The Senior Manager, Supply‑Chain Excellence leads a high‑impact team that owns Data Analytics, Reporting, Automation, and Process Documentation/Continuous Improvement for Anduril’s end‑to‑end supply chain. Reporting directly to the Director, Supply‑Chain Development, you will shape an adaptive, proactive operational culture where analytics drive every decision and AI‑enabled automation frees capacity for strategic work.
Key purpose: Build and scale the analytics and automation capabilities that multiply the speed, value, and reliability of Anduril’s supply‑chain execution while institutionalizing continuous‑improvement processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Data Analytics
    • Design, develop, and maintain predictive and prescriptive models that enable a proactive, adaptive supply‑chain operation
    • Build supply chain operations engineers team to turn raw data into actionable insights that drive inventory optimization, demand‑supply alignment, and risk mitigation
    • Champion a self‑service analytics culture – to build reusable data pipelines, dashboards, and analytical tooling using Palantir Foundry and SQL/Python
  • Reporting
    • Own the end‑to‑end reporting framework for supply‑chain KPIs across within Foundry
    • Establish reporting SLAs, ensure data‑quality standards, and deliver timely executive‑level scorecards that reflect the strategic priorities of the business
    • Automate recurring report generation and distribution, reducing manual effort and latency
  • Automation (AI & RPA)
    • Identify high‑impact manual processes and translate them into scalable automation solutions (RPA, AI‑driven decision engines)
    • Lead the deployment of AI/ML models that generate actionable recommendations (e.g., demand forecasts, supplier risk scores) within the Foundry platform
    • Track ROI and performance of automation initiatives, iterating for continuous gains
  • Supply Chain Process & Continuous Improvement 
    • Document current state processes, develop future‑state blueprints, and drive governance for continuous improvement
    • Implement Lean‑Six‑Sigma or similar methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and improve compliance
    • Facilitate cross‑functional Kaizen events and embed a culture of data‑driven problem solving
  • People Leadership
    • Directly manage 1‑6 operations engineers (individual contributors) with mixed data‑analytics and supply‑chain backgrounds
    • Coach, develop, and retain talent; provide clear performance expectations and regular feedback
    • Foster collaboration across Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and external vendors
  • Strategic Enablement
    • Translate Anduril’s strategic priorities—proactive analytics, amplified execution speed/value, and AI‑enabled work—into concrete road‑maps, resourcing plans, and measurable outcomes
    • Serve as the voice of supply‑chain excellence in senior leadership forums, influencing technology investment and process‑design decisions
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience leading individual contributors or cross‑functional projects in a supply‑chain, operations‑engineering, or analytics environment (direct people‑management tenure may be limited if strong project‑leadership evidence is provided)
  • Hands‑on experience with Palantir Foundry (or comparable data‑integration platforms)
  • Strong SQL and Python (or R) skills for data modeling, analytics, and automation
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP and Odoo WMS (or comparable system) data structures
  • Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, computer science or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to design predictive models, build dashboards, and deliver RPA/AI solutions that unlock strategic capacity.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six‑Sigma, or other continuous‑improvement frameworks; experience documenting and redesigning end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes.
  • Proven track record partnering with Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, IT, and external suppliers to drive data‑centric change.
  • Ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear business recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Experience with AI/ML‑driven forecasting, demand‑supply planning, or advanced analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake).
  • Exposure to defense or aerospace supply‑chain constraints (e.g., G‑SAFT, ITAR, DOD‑specific logistics).
  • Knowledge of modern RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) or low‑code workflow automation.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, or APICS/CSCP certification.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and how they relate to KPIs and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and actionable manner to various audiences
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data reporting and analysis
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and their reporting capabilities
US Salary Range
$146,000$194,000 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
