Your Mission
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive multiple strategic initiatives within our DAM and brand management solution. You will accelerate execution and amplify the impact of our Design System Fondue, enhance product navigation, and advance a universal access point to position Frontify as the infrastructure layer for brand management. This role is complex, pivotal to our strategy, and critical to strengthening our platform experience and enterprise stickiness.

Your Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core area of our DAM and brand management solution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand needs, identify pain points, and ensure alignment on priorities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and customer feedback to uncover opportunities.
  • Leverage data and user research to validate opportunities, shape solutions, and measure the success of your product area and initiatives.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process with autonomy – from ideation and concepting to delivery and iteration – ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.
  • Partner with design, engineering, research, and marketing to build innovative, user-friendly products that solve real customer needs.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies and work with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure successful launches and adoption.
  • Communicate progress and product updates across the organization, keeping teams aligned and informed.

Your Story

  • You're comfortable in a hybrid setup, with 1 day a week in our St. Gallen office and the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time. 
  • You have a proven track record of driving complex technical products; experience with design systems is a strong plus.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in product management within a SaaS or tech environment.
  • You thrive in ambiguity, creating clarity, structure, and momentum where others might get stuck.
  • You are a confident communicator and storyteller, representing your product and team in the spotlight – with customers, leadership, and colleagues.
  • You combine strategic vision with pragmatic execution, delivering iteratively to show value early while building for long-term impact.
  • You bring a discovery mindset and entrepreneurial drive, uncovering opportunities with minimal input, validating quickly, and shaping meaningful solutions.
  • You collaborate seamlessly with experienced developers and designers, balancing technical depth with product vision.
  • You are tenacious and driven, getting things done without waiting to be told, forming strong opinions while staying open to challenge and new perspectives.
  • You act as a multiplier, elevating peers, mentoring others, and extending your influence beyond your immediate scope to shape the broader product direction.
  • You speak English fluently.
