Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Wallet and vouchers) to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers. The job in brief:

Job Title - Senior Product Manager (Wallet and vouchers)

Working model - hybrid from CH

Team - you will join the Payments & Fintech Growth team

Level - Professional

Location - Chiasso, Switzerland

Contract - Permanent - full-time (EUR 36 h/week)

What your impact will be

  • Wallet Strategy & Development:
    • Define and execute the strategy for a customer-facing wallet
    • Increase the ratio of payments through stored payment methods
    • Manage, innovate and evolve the existing voucher product toward balance accounts

Qualifications

Your expertise:

  • 7+ years of product development experience in high volume e-commerce
  • Proven track record in customer payments, card tokenization, card account updater and vouchers/coupon
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to define product vision and roadmap
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration with agile teams (mainly product engineering) to deliver fast time-to-market quality product increments
  • Analytical mindset to collect data (qualitatively and quantitatively) with a focus on customer-centric solutions

Desirable:

  • Experience with loyalty programs is highly desirable
  • Experience in the travel industry
