Rappi is the Latin-America delivery super-app that sells and delivers anything a customer needs in less than 60 minutes, whether customers want restaurant food, groceries, pharmacy, liquor, e-commerce or deliveries in <10 mins. Our product is currently offered in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Uruguay and Costa Rica.
As a Product Manager for the , you will be responsible for .
With your engineering leader and design team, you will be responsible for defining the quarterly strategy for your squad and translating it into a clearly defined and executable product roadmap. Tasks will include ensuring the team follows a proper product discovery process, managing the delivery of the product to market and acting as the internal leader of the product within Rappi.
In addition to your team’s specific accountabilities, you will play an important role in building the Product organization as a whole. We have a continual growth and evolution mindset and expect to be better as a team every week.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Lead the definition of the quarterly product strategy and make sure your team believes in it.

• Ensure the team follows a proper product discovery process, including quantitative and qualitative user research and industry benchmarking.

• Own the execution of the product roadmap with your engineering and design teammates.

• Implement measurement frameworks (eg. A/B testing, product analytics, statistical significance) to determine the success of your team’s work.

• Develop and execute strong “go-to-market” strategies with marketing and operations teams to ensure our product has the maximum impact in the real world.

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

• 3-5 years in Product Management with experience with product discovery, planning, technical delivery (eg. scrum/agile).

• Fluent in English (required), Spanish (required) and Portuguese (advantage).

• Position can be fully remote but preference will be given to candidates in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina or Brazil where we have our main offices. Globally located is possible under the right circumstances.

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or other related field.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (Director-level interactions).
