We are looking for a Product Manager to lead and shape the future of Dropbox Replay, our dedicated tool for creative media collaboration. Replay helps teams review, approve, and finalize video and rich media projects faster, all in one place. Whether teams are in the office or fully distributed, Replay simplifies collaboration with time-stamped feedback, centralized approvals, and seamless playback.
This is a high-impact role focused on both strategy and execution. You will be customer-obsessed, data-informed, and passionate about building intuitive products that improve creative workflows.
Dropbox Replay streamlines the post-production feedback loop from first rough cut to final sign-off. With frame-accurate comments, one-click sharing, and built-in approvals, Replay removes friction and accelerates creative review cycles. It is already powering workflows for video editors, producers, and marketing teams around the world.
Responsibilities- Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Dropbox Replay by balancing long-term vision with short-term execution
- Collaborate with engineering and design to bring features to life by writing clear specs, defining success metrics, and iterating based on user insights
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and support to ensure successful launches and user adoption across SMB and enterprise segments
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and evolving expectations
- Lead a high-performing, fast-moving team through ambiguity and rapid change
- Promote a culture of experimentation, urgency, and deep customer focus
- 6+ years of experience in product management or a closely related role
- Proven success building and scaling customer-facing products
- Strong cross-functional leadership and influence at all levels of the organization
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with high ownership and minimal structure
- Excellent communication skills with strong product intuition
- Confident working with data to define metrics, analyze trends, and guide decisions
- Experience with media-related products such as video, audio, or visual collaboration tools
- Background in or adjacent to B2B SaaS startups
- BA or BS degree in a technical or business discipline
