- Define and execute product strategy from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements and customer value propositions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, IT, customer service, and other stakeholders to drive product success
- Evaluate and refine pricing models based on ROI and customer adoption metrics
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings
- Gather, prioritize, and validate product requirements through customer and market feedback
- Mentor team members and contribute to the overall business planning of the division
- 5+ years’ experience in product management with demonstrated success in launching SaaS B2B products
- 2+ years’ experience in a specialized or industry-specific domain
- Hands-on experience in strategic planning and business case development
- Strong analytical and prioritization skills
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences
- Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with ERP SaaS platforms
- Background in software development or technical architecture
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, data reconciliation, system backups, and active-active architecture
- Product management experience in customer engagement or enterprise applications
