WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Senior Product Integrity Specialist’s role will create and maintain performance standards tools, end-use application, and best-practice procedures to ensure end-to-end consistency of performance deliverables. The role requires strong competencies in end-to-end product creation and manufacturing. The ability to identify and problem-solve across technical Footwear Manufacturing & production operations is required to prevent, identify, and resolve risk factors of potential impact to our product. In addition, you will help lower the barrier to entry for the Product Integrity Team & business stakeholders to easily access data, develop reports and dashboards, and derive meaningful insights that drive action.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Product Standards creation, communication and documentation
- Establish clearly defined quality standards metrics and measurements for data analysis, scoring, and reporting, performance against material specifications and color standards.
- Plan and manage projects and resources to drive best in class production quality for Nike.

Work closely with internal and external business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide self-service analytics solutions.

Assessments to determine quality process gaps and capability improvement opportunities

Strong Cross-functional collaboration to manage standards across creation and manufacturing partners

Manage data integration and ensure data quality and consistency across various sources by creating dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for decision-making.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
The Senior Product Integrity Specialist will work with Product Integrity teammates to establish an overall Product, Materials and Color quality improvement model. In addition, the role will require cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering, Tier 1 Factory Partners and a variety of other teams at Nike.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor of Science, major in Textile Science/Engineering/Technology/ Chemistry, Materials Science/Engineering, Supply Chain Management or other related field is required.
- 5 years of Product, Material or Color Quality Management experience or a PhD with 2 years’ work experience. 8+ years of work experience or other relevant subject area.
- Proven experience working on Footwear Development or Manufacturing.
- Proven experience in standard creation and management
- Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in problem structuring and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Smartsheet, Power BI, or similar. Strong SQL skills and experience with data integration and ETL processes; Alteryx experience preferred.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment with diverse partners
- Detail-oriented with excellent process management and analytical skills
- Cross-functional adaptability with strong understanding of technical and business operations
