What We Do
Europe’s Industrial Mittelstand is under relentless pressure to adapt in a world of constant disruption.
As the backbone of the European economy, the Industrial Mittelstand contributes a quarter of the continent’s GDP and secures tens of millions of jobs. These companies manufacture the physical world around us — from the table you sit at, to the snacks you eat, to the construction machinery that builds our cities. This is what Europe is known for.
Yet, the key to their long-term success is often hidden: the supply chain. Behind every physical product lies a network of hundreds of suppliers, thousands of production-critical materials, and processes that account for over 50% of a company's costs and emissions. It’s a system of massive complexity — and yet, many still rely on Excel, manual processes, and outdated ERP systems.
That’s where Tacto comes in. With our intelligent SRM platform, we empower industrial mid-caps to transform procurement into a strategic strength. We automate manual tasks end-to-end, so teams can focus on what matters: strategic decisions. Powered by Tacto Intelligence, our AI analyzes data, uncovers risks and savings, and delivers actionable insights — enabling cost reductions without compromising on time or quality.
