Salesforce is looking for a Sr. Product Analyst to work with geographically dispersed scrum teams and business partners on implementing and scaling an Enterprise Automation platform across Salesforce. This role is the primary interface between IT delivery teams and business partner subject matter experts and is responsible for gathering, organizing, and documenting business requirements in a shareable, actionable, standardized framework.

Responsibilities:
The Sr. Product Analyst collaborates with business partners on requirements, business value scoring and success metrics. The Sr. PA drives the requirements gathering process that accurately reflects business outcomes which includes: automation solution assessment, risk analysis, "as is" and "to be" process documentation, process optimization or re-design, agnostic of a specific technical solution. The Sr. PA reviews technical solutions for compliance to business process and objectives. The Sr. PA coordinates end to end UAT cycle and develops the organizational change management framework, success metrics and acceptance criteria.

The Sr. Product Analyst should share an equivalent level of subject matter expertise with their business partners and a robust understanding of the technology concepts applicable for the functions. Confidently engaging with business and technology partners, the Sr. PA is adept at distinguishing objectives, obstacles, and solutions. Sr. PAs may contribute to solution designs, testing plans and execution, as well as the training, troubleshooting, and project management aspects of addressing business and operational needs.

The Sr. Product Analyst will provide initial triage on the intake of a "request" and help to identify business requirements, the "what." The Sr. PA translates the business needs into actionable requirements by asking the right questions to make a solution possible; help drive clarity to make rational decisions.

As a Sr. Product Analyst, you perform the core duties of a product/business analyst and take on a larger role within the analyst community. You serve on internal teams or committees helping improve processes or create new ones. You may serve as a leader and mentor to other PAs, and you use Slack to answer questions and share your knowledge with the larger team. You will be on highly visible automation use cases, whose implementations, issues, requests have wide scope, complexity and may require organizational change management. You operate more proactively as opposed to reactively, anticipating issues and averting them before they occur. As a Sr. PA you feel comfortable with prioritizing and managing multiple projects at a time and working with cross-functional team members across geographies.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years product analyst experience including but not limited to:
    • Working with global product and engineering teams
    • Managing vendor partners and teams extended with contractors
    • Proficiency in Scrum Agile delivery methodology
    • Can coach and improve teams in their agile methodologies
    • Leading innovation
    • Salesforce technology expertise preferred
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation, or other automation technologies
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to oversee multiple use case deliveries in parallel
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Exemplifies Salesforce spirit demonstrating key traits such as trust, integrity, character, and compassion
  • Ability to motivate people, instill accountability and achieve results
  • Agile, proactive, comfortable working with ambiguous specifications and can prioritize on the fly
  • Experience in short release cycles, the full software lifecycle, and have worked on a product that was actually released for public consumption

Desired Skills:

  • Experience developing bots with Automation Anywhere
  • Domain expertise especially SOX, Finance and other Back Office processes
  • Experience with the Salesforce.com platform & APIs
  • Experience with product roadmaps, grooming backlogs, facilitating with senior leadership
  • Work very comfortably with stakeholders at the management, department or division level
  • Juggle multiple issues, set expectations and prioritize accordingly
  • Research and respond to business partner questions
  • Navigate complex situations involving multiple parties
  • Ask the right questions; understand business pains and gains to express bot value

This role is Office-Flex (~1-3 days/wk in office) or Fully Remote.
