About the role 🖥️

The Senior Growth Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing Pay Per Click campaigns across various platforms on international scope to drive qualified traffic & generate revenue. He will work closely with the Business Performance team to align strategies with overall business objectives and ensure maximum ROI.

What you will do 👜

  • Own ppc roadmap, budget and performance over international scope
  • Run paid media campaigns without agency support (hands-on)
  • Create and update reports and work with large data sets to draw insight from
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to the team
  • Manage relationships with external partners (e.g Google team, agencies) to ensure channel objectives are met and stay abreast of innovations
  • Develop and implement a testing and optimization roadmap for paid campaigns, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and ad copy testing, to continuously improve performance and drive revenue growth
  • Built media plan & participate in new country launch and building there our ppc media presence
  • Monitoring competition in a high competitive market

Who you are ⭐

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful SEM & Social Media campaigns 
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics 
  • You have a data driven, proactive and creative approach to problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • You can demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi task and hit the ground running within a hands on role
  • You thrive on ownership and accountability – and have a proven track record of acting on your own initiative to deliver change
  • Flexibility in adapting to fast-changing priorities and fast paced work environment
