Overall Job Purpose:

As a Senior Panelist Engagement Executive at Kantar, you will have a key role in overseeing panel engagement tasks such as panellist data management, updates, processing, reporting, and engagement activities. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all processes related to panellist data and engagement using our internal tools.

What you'd do:

Panel Data:

  • Ensure completion of all panellist data processes.
  • Conduct necessary checks to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Overview the data entry process related to panellist data updates.
  • Provide requested reports or data promptly and accurately.
  • Coordinate with other teams to maintain data quality and updates.

Panel Data Tools:

  • Apply the tools effectively on daily basis.
  • Stay updated with the latest tool improvements.
  • Coordinate with other teams and regional levels to ensure seamless tool integration.
  • Perform necessary scripting to improve tool functionality.

Panel Engagement Understanding:

  • Comprehend the logic behind engaging with panelists (respondents).
  • Develop creative ideas for engagement activities within budget constraints.
  • Successfully implement engagement activities that resonate with panellists.
  • Collaborate with other teams and regional levels to improve engagement impact.

Core Competencies:

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of how data functions.
  • Demonstrate the capability to retrieve data using fundamental knowledge such as JOINS and WHERE clauses.
  • Write T-SQL using temp tables and variables with proven expertise.
  • Design queries effectively, setting up plans to handle and retrieve the final results.
  • Debug queries competently, identifying and resolving logical issues.

What you'd bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • At least 2 years of working experience with a solid grasp of data processing and scripting.
  • Familiarity with social engagement activities is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience in the market research industry is advantageous.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly with hard-working interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate and involve others.
  • Customer-centric with a dedication to providing outstanding service.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexible approach to work.
