Job DescriptionEND-To-END O2C & EXPORT OWNERSHIP
You will manage and improve the end-to-end O2C process for your assigned international markets by overseeing order processing across finished goods, visibility items, packaging materials, and branded cars, coordinating transport planning and shipment execution, and ensuring export compliance with customs and legal requirements. You will track shipments through delivery and maintain service reliability using BI tools, handle invoicing, credit notes, returns, and claims, support credit risk and dunning activities, and identify as well as resolve operational risks across the supply chain.
PRODUCT LIFECYCLE & MASTER DATA
You will ensure smooth product transitions across your markets by supporting product launches, packaging changes, and lifecycle activities, ensuring timely product introductions and phase-outs, and maintaining material, customer, and pricing data in core systems.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
You will be the main contact for your markets and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders by managing communication with subsidiaries, distribution partners, co-packers, 3PLs, and internal stakeholders, collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Business Applications, Data and Commercial teams, supporting stakeholders through projects, training and issue resolution, driving process and system improvements, advancing digitalization and automation initiatives, and using data insights to improve performance and decision-making.
You will be the main contact for your markets and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications5+ years of experience in international O2C, export, or supply chain, perferabley in FMCG/CPG
University degree in Business or Supply Chain, or 7+ years of relevant experience
Fluent English; German is a plus
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (SD/MM/TM), BI tools, and MS Office
Experience managing complex international supply chain setups
Strong analytical skills and end-to-end process understanding
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities
High reliability, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.535,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
