Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Digital Media Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital media plans that align with client objectives, brand strategy, and target audience behaviors.
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning across digital channels: platform selection, audience segmentation, budget allocation, scheduling, and execution oversight.
- Manage negotiations with digital vendors and platforms to secure optimal inventory and pricing.
- Oversee campaign activation, asset delivery, and performance monitoring to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
- Continuously analyze digital trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to inform strategic planning and drive innovation.
- Deliver in-depth campaign reporting with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Integrated Media & Strategic Planning
- Ensure seamless integration of digital strategies with broader media plans, including TV, OOH, social, and other traditional channels.
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and data teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that are insight-driven and performance-oriented.
- Stay ahead of evolving consumer behaviors, particularly in digital, mobile, and video ecosystems, to enhance media effectiveness.
Stakeholder Management & Team Collaboration
- Serve as the go-to expert for all digital media matters, working closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and media partners.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering skills development and encouraging innovative thinking.
- Propose process improvements and planning tools to enhance operational efficiency and team collaboration.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in digital media planning, preferably within an agency or media environment.
- Deep understanding of digital platforms including display, programmatic, search, social, online video, and e-commerce media.
- Proficient in digital planning tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, DV360), and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with media vendors and partners.
- Analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and performance metrics.
- Proven track record of managing complex campaigns and delivering results under tight timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in integrated media planning (digital + traditional).
- Background in handling FMCG, retail, or e-commerce clients is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is preferred.
