Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead departmental operations planning and execution, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and strategies.
  • Manage and develop a team of professionals, including hiring, performance development, and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of manufacturing engineering and analytical thinking to execute policies and strategies effectively.
  • Apply best practices and integrate own area with other functions, maintaining awareness of market competition and differentiating factors.
  • Exercise judgment to propose innovative solutions for complex manufacturing processes involving technical variety and interdependent production cycles.
  • Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues, providing guidance and mentorship while leading small-to-medium projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
  • Communicate performance expectations, resolve sensitive issues, and build consensus within the team to achieve operational objectives.

Basic Requirements:

  • Advanced experience in Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering, with knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Czech.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems, document and execute programs, and market initiatives effectively.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
