*Important*: Please note that this is a 2-year fixed-term contract.

No relocation support will be provided for this position.

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with transformation teams to develop and oversee the implementation of communications strategies and plans to support the successful adoption of two critical digital transformation projects.

  • Effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization and via a wide range of internal channels to adopt new digital platforms and ways of working. This includes C-suite, senior management, people leaders, users, partners and employees across the company.

  • Create compelling content to inspire, engage and drive required change including online content, regular updates, presentations, and multimedia assets.

  • Plan and manage effective internal engagement events including town halls, dialogue sessions, large group meetings to advance the change ambition.

  • Measure and report effectiveness of communication activities and adjust plans based on learnings and insights.

  • Be a trusted communication partner to the Heads of the Transformation Projects to ensure internal engagement (especially with the C-Suite) is impactful.

  • Be a valued member of the Transformation Project teams and work cross-functionally with project team members.

The Corporate Brand Communications team provides a full range of communication support to the LEGO Group, from consumer pr to corporate comms, issues management, to internal communications, partnering and sustainability engagement. This role will help further strengthen the team by bringing in-house specialist expertise in change communication and large-scale digital transformation. 

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven track record successfully leading change communication in global or multinational companies for enterprise-wide digital projects.

  • Experience working in complex, global organizations at a global level.

  • Strategic thinker with a strong bias to action - able to envision solutions, develop sound strategies, and activate tactical plans and related processes. 

  • Strong project management, planning and organizational skills, delivering multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Track record of influence, great instinct and decision making. 

  • Natural collaborator who excels in relationship building, stakeholder management and teamwork.  

  • Solid understanding of internal communications ecosystems and track record creating successful integrated employee comms programmes.

  • Expert storyteller and clear communicator (proficiency in English).
