You will report to the Director, Partner Marketing, Men's NSW and work alongside teams of other (Senior) Partner Marketing Managers, Lead Professionals, and Specialists with a focus on either Fields of Play or specific Partners. You will partner with the EMEA Consumer Construct Brand teams and work closely with the EMEA and Global Retail and Partner Marketing teams on strategic and creative direction. Within the partner space, the marketplace Field of Play squads -which include cross-functional representation across merchandising, planning and partner management- will be your daily connection to the Partner business. For planning and execution of the seasonal marketing campaigns and storytelling, you will collaborate with account executives, Nike city teams, partner marketing staff, and agency resources. 

  

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

We are hiring for a Senior Manager Partner Marketing position, focusing on the Men's NSW Fields of Play. This role will be responsible for leading a team and setting the Partner Marketing strategic direction within the Fields of Play across the strategic partners in the Nike Partner Marketplace. 

The ideal candidate is a strategic marketeer with a strong understanding of brand, retail and digital marketing, who brings a deep passion for sport, sportswear and youth culture. You thrive in a high-pace, evolving environment and excel at dealing with complexity and change as an empathetic team leader. 

Key Skills: 

  • Proven track record in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and brand initiatives 

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing marketing teams 

  • Strong understanding of youth culture and ability to translate insights into marketing strategies 

  • Experience in managing centralized budgets and strategic planning 

  • Knowledge of sport, entertainment, fashion, streetwear and retail industries 

  • Ability to analyze marketplace trends and drive data-informed decisions 

  • Strong background in retail and visual merchandising 

  

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON 

You will be leading the Partner Marketing team dedicated to your Field(s) of Play (FoP). Together with the Consumer Construct and Partner Marketplace (Consumer) Field of Play squads, you will drive our seasonal offense and build marketing strategies & plans that support our key brand and business priorities. 

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Lead development and execution of annual partner marketing strategies, plans, focusing on Innovation, Sport and Cultural Moments, Athletes, Catalysts and Communities 

  • Drive long-term product & consumer journeys through collaboration with Consumer Construct, Merchandising, Planning, and Partner Management teams 

  • Ensure excellent campaign execution through consumer insights, integrated journeys, and elevated retail and digital experiences 

  • Lead and inspire your team of Partner Marketing professionals while fostering a culture of mentorship 

  • Manage centralized budget and operations while evaluating campaign performance for continuous improvement 

In this role, you will develop, support and drive timely and effective delivery of seasonal Marketing plans, ensuring product innovation & member engagement is at the forefront of all planning and execution across all relevant partners and their channels. You'll be responsible for evaluating these campaigns and implementing learnings for upcoming stories, while pushing boundaries with innovative thinking and maintaining executional excellence.
