Job Description
This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
In this role, you will lead the evolution of Kohl’s marketing capabilities by driving both technology strategy and cross-functional process transformation. You will shape and implement tools and systems that unlock personalization and enable a modern, agile marketing organization.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Kohl’s Technology (KT) and business leaders to define and execute the marketing technology and capabilities roadmap, covering content, data, CRM, analytics, personalization, offer management and more
Lead process transformation initiatives that modernize how marketing works, streamlining operations, improving decision-making and scaling best practices
Drive cross-functional change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new tools, processes and workflows
Translate business strategy into scalable, tech-enabled processes that support personalization, campaign agility and customer-first marketing
Influence and align cross-functional partners through strong relationships and collaborative leadership
Prioritize marketing capabilities and process initiatives based on business impact, stakeholder feedback and readiness
Facilitate planning, communication and issue resolution across large-scale initiatives, ensuring delivery against marketing and enterprise goals
Monitor and assess the performance of implemented capabilities and processes, iterating as needed to drive ongoing value
Manage and develop a high-performing team, coaching talent, fostering innovation and expanding team capacity
Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders, contributing strategic insight and surfacing opportunities for operational transformation

What Skills You Have
Required
Bachelor’s degree
6+ years of experience in marketing, marketing technology or process transformation roles
Deep understanding of MarTech ecosystems and how to design integrated, scalable capabilities
Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
Preferred
Experience leading both MarTech and operational transformation initiatives
Familiarity with platforms such as CDPs, CRM, Workforce Management, Content Creation and Automation
