  • Co-lead the due diligence process in partnership with the M&A Integration Deal Captain and CorpDev, focusing on a broad breadth of acquisition aspects..

  • Scope, prioritize, and quantify M&A integration plans based on strategic importance and feasibility.

  • Develop detailed plans to realize synergies and lead cross-functional teams in execution

Communication & Change Management

  • Support the development of comprehensive communication plans for all partners, including internal eBay teams, acquired company employees, and external partners.

  • Work with the People Team to ensure that organizational culture and processes support and foster a collaborative environment.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven track record of 5+ years leading small to medium scale M&A integration programs, with a focus on end-to-end ownership and disciplined program management.

  • Highly analytical, able to build and implement detailed project plans and drive a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills and experience leading teams through influence.
