Your Role: Architect of Growth

As the Senior Manager, Learning & Development, you will architect and implement transformative programs that define careers, cultivate leadership excellence, and propel organizational success. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to build a global L&D platform from the ground up, leveraging cutting-edge learning technologies and forward-thinking strategies to develop a workforce primed for the future.

• Data-Driven Impact: Leverage analytics to measure and enhance the effectiveness of learning programs, ensuring ROI and alignment with organizational priorities.
• Global Scale: Deliver scalable solutions tailored to diverse teams across multiple regions, fostering engagement and inclusivity.

What Sets You Apart
You are a dynamic leader with a rare combination of strategic insight and hands-on expertise. You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and have a passion for empowering teams to achieve their full potential.

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years in senior L&D roles, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or similarly innovative sectors.
• History of successfully building leadership development programs that deliver measurable business results.
• Mastery of modern learning technologies and instructional design principles, with a keen eye for innovation.
• Exceptional ability to analyze data and translate insights into impactful learning strategies.
• A strong background in managing global learning initiatives and fostering inclusive, scalable solutions.

• Bachelor’s in Organizational Development, HR, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
