The Opportunity
This is a key enabling role which supports the General Manager, Funds Performance and Strategic Projects. You will drive fund-level initiatives, support fund managers in delivering on strategic objectives, and lead business improvement projects to ensure operational efficiency and long-term value creation. Through deep market insight, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration, you will ensure the funds remain aligned with investor expectations and broader platform goals.
You will make an impact by:
Fund Strategy: Work with Fund Managers, Sector leads and GM, Fund Product Placement & Strategy on a top-down fund management strategy across both Infrastructure and real estate to feed into the product architecture.
Reporting & Business Insights: The preparation and distribution of key c-suite business reports, including CEO and Board updates, Dexus results, and the Group Scorecard.
Strategic & Transactional Delivery: Assist with corporate transactions within existing funds and collaborate with the Product team to ensure visibility of new product proposals. Partner with Fund Managers to deliver annual Fund Strategies.
Project & Process Management: Manage existing products (including fund wind-ups) and drive business improvement initiatives with the General Manager to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Committee Coordination: Lead the preparation and coordination of papers for Investment, Executive, and Fund Performance Committees, including agenda setting and documentation.
Executive Reporting: Support Project Control Group activities and provide progress updates to senior stakeholders, covering investment status, risks, and escalation items.
About You
You are a versatile and experienced professional, with sound communication skills. You will bring confidence and varied experience working across fund strategy, project delivery, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Further, you will have a sound ability to critically analyse information, prepare board papers, lead meetings, and manage non-BAU initiatives from idea inception to execution.
