Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis
Reports to: Senior Director, Financial Planning (Based in Tokyo, Japan)

Summary
Efficiently provide insights on market performance and company volume/value trend and forecast volume/value/share performance, as well as analyze and provide insights on micro and macroeconomics trends and their impact on market and KO business. She/he also gathers and combines different sources of information, analytics and insights to build powerful and compelling narratives to support performance management cycles.
Focus, Scope, & Impact:
Coordinates the Top Line Forecasting and Business Performance at the Operating Unit & Country level (in cooperation with Country teams: Finance, Strategy, Operations), to drive alignment across multiple senior stakeholders, and to develop the key insights needed to inform strategic priorities, including:
Coordinates with OU And Country teams : Planning & Analysis, Franchise Finance, Competitive Analysis, Operations, Strategy to prepare & provide local business plan insights & assumptions on volume/value & industry growth (volume and value).
Analyzes volume and revenue forecasts, develop and discuss insights with stakeholders, and plan takeaways.
Business Performance analysis, narrative and presentations to support local and global performance management routines.
Proposes volume targets to reach the BP
Anticipates Risks & Opps based on Macros / Performance.
Runs volume scenarios and provide inputs to Planning Team / PS to run P&L.
Coordinates with Platform Services so all volume reporting routines (actual and forecasts) are followed with high level of quality and accuracy.
Provides to the OU/franchises macro-economic trends and geo(political) analytics on an ongoing basis, generate valuable insights for KO Business, anticipate risks and Opps.
Knowledge & Experience
> 6 years of leadership experience in either financial planning/commercial finance roles or in strategy/K&I roles.
Ability to work in a diverse cultural environment as a highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels
Orchestrate volume/value/market share planning process, working cross functionally inside the organization
Provide holistic understanding of business performance, including defining budget targets, operational metrics, and requirements by country/brand/channel, etc.
Use a fact-based, analytic, strategic approach to assist in creation of business value.
