EisnerAmper is seeking a Senior Manager – Change Management to provide strategic leadership, direction, and subject matter expertise across large-scale change initiatives. This role will guide teams in the design, development, and implementation of change management strategies that drive adoption, sustain transformation, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The Senior Manager will play a key role in client relationship management, firm growth, and the professional development of team members.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Lead and oversee strategic change management programs across multiple clients and industries, aligning initiatives with organizational goals.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, guiding them through transformation, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation.

  • Direct end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client objectives.

  • Develop and refine firmwide change management methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks to strengthen practice effectiveness.

  • Provide strategic oversight of training design, communications, and adoption strategies.

  • Partner with business leaders to assess organizational readiness, measure impact, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Lead the development of client proposals, manage key client relationships, and contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives.

  • Oversee team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and mentorship to strengthen technical and leadership capabilities.

  • Ensure engagement work meets firm quality and compliance standards, performing high-level review of deliverables and recommendations.

  • Manage and forecast team workloads, ensuring optimal utilization and delivery excellence across multiple engagements.

  • Champion innovation in change management practices and technology to enhance client outcomes.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field required.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting, change management, or transformation leadership.

  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory and project/program management experience.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree preferred.

  • Prosci and/or PMP certification preferred.

  • Deep expertise in change management frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning.

  • Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects with measurable impact.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and executive communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to build client relationships, develop new business, and expand service offerings.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint) and change management tools.

For Maryland candidates, the expected salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $170,000. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
