The Role
VDO.AI is a global advertising technology innovator, providing brands with intelligent high impact solutions that win the war for consumer attention. Our solutions drive the right outcomes for brands by combining creativity, reach, and targeting across devices, enabling the upper- and mid-funnel brand objectives that all brands and agencies require, turning awareness into performance. We develop impactful connections by curating customized video-driven experiences that convert brand awareness into measurable response.

What you will do:

  • Own and exceed monthly/quarterly ad revenue targets across assigned sectors and accounts.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with direct clients and media agencies, becoming their go-to digital advertising partner.
  • Pitch, negotiate, and close deals across Programmatic and performance-based campaigns 
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term revenue-generating partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, product, delivery) to deliver the campaign objectives.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance to ensure client KPIs and ROI are achieved.
  • Stay current with digital media trends, innovations, and new ad formats.
  • Regularly report on the sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and client insights to senior leadership.

What we are looking for:

  • 6–12 years of experience in digital ad sales, with expertise in sales of performance marketing campaigns
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and nurture long-term client partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of the digital ad ecosystem, including ad tech, performance models (CPL, CPA), and attribution strategies.
  • Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills — capable of independently sourcing and converting new business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A strong network across NBFC, Insurance, and Real Estate sectors is highly desirable.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong sales-driven mindset.
  • Existing high value relationships with brands, agencies would carry an advantage
