As a senior consultant at H&H, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping both project outcomes and team development. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your portfolio, the support of a collaborative leadership team, and the opportunity to influence the future direction of the firm.
What You’ll Do- Lead high-profile environmental assessment and remediation projects
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, regulators, and stakeholders
- Develop and manage client relationships, proposals, and project strategy
- Provide technical oversight and review of reports and deliverables
- Mentor and train junior and mid-level staff—developing future firm leaders
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and business development
- 10+ years of environmental consulting experience
- Deep technical knowledge of site assessment, remediation, and risk-based cleanup
- Expertise in regulatory programs in North and South Carolina, including NC Brownfields
- Strong client management, communication, and business development skills
- Proven experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff
- A collaborative, forward-thinking approach and commitment to quality
