As a Senior IT Admin, you will support every user within the organization and play a pivotal part in generating new processes and owning systems and hardware support for the APAC and EMEA regions. What you’ll do- Lead the management, troubleshooting, and optimization of a predominantly macOS environment to ensure peak performance and security.
- Identify and automate routine IT tasks and workflows using tools like JAMF, BetterCloud, and scripting (Bash/Python), focusing on improving efficiency and minimizing manual efforts.
- Support and manage AWS infrastructure, handling IAM roles and S3 configurations, and collaborating with the security team to maintain a secure cloud environment.
- Own and drive IT infrastructure projects from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely execution.
- Oversee the installation, deployment, and management of enterprise software, maintaining up-to-date applications across all endpoints.
- Implement and maintain endpoint security practices for macOS devices, leveraging tools like JAMF and CrowdStrike to safeguard company data.
- Provide high-level support to end users, addressing technical challenges quickly to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Integrate new and existing IT tools (like OKTA, Netskope, CrowdStrike) to enhance system interoperability and security.
- You are a driver of operational excellence, passionate about system automation, and adept at reducing manual IT efforts.
- You excel at leading and managing IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion, keeping them aligned with organizational goals.
- You have a deep understanding of macOS environments and are skilled in using JAMF for security, updates, and configurations.
- You can effectively collaborate with a security team to tackle AWS cloud challenges and maintain a secure infrastructure.
- You have demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex IT issues across diverse technologies to ensure seamless end-user experience.
- You have strong experience integrating a variety of IT tools to enhance system functionality and security across platforms.
- Strong expertise in macOS management: Extensive experience in troubleshooting and managing macOS devices, especially using JAMF.
- Proven automation and scripting abilities: Proficiency in Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages to automate and streamline IT workflows.
- Significant experience in tool integration: Skilled in integrating IT tools, including OKTA, Netskope, and CrowdStrike, for enhanced security and functionality.
- Strong project leadership skills: Ability to independently manage IT infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of endpoint security: Familiar with deploying and managing security protocols on macOS devices using tools like CrowdStrike.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and articulate technical solutions.
