We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive individual with a passion for Consumer PR and influencer marketing (particularly creative storytelling across earned and social, the influencer landscape, media relations and writing).
You would be working with a talented team across some of our prestigious client list which includes: TK Maxx and The Coca Cola Company to name a few.
We are focused on delivering impact and engagement through creative, never-been-done-before, award-winning campaigns that deliver lasting results for our clients. We need administrative, junior-mid-level team support from someone who’s willing to work hard and learn a lot. While the role is part of the junior team, there’s huge potential for growth for the right person, with on-the-job training every step of the way.
What you'll do:
- Present campaign proposals, performance reports, and recommendations
- Identify, evaluate, and recruit relevant influencers across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch).
- Develop creative briefs and content guidelines for influencers.
- Deliver influencer campaigns, ensuring content is high-quality, on-brand, and meets campaign objectives.
- Contribute creative ideas, strategic insights, and datadriven recommendations to develop compelling content and campaigns. Play a key role in creative execution, ensuring high-quality influencer-generated content.
- Deliver campaigns on time and within budget, manage influencer budgets and ROI, and actively contribute to new business development through lead generation and proposal support.
Experience that contributes to success:
- Great organisation and administrative skills
- Have an understanding of influencer landscape and how influencer marketing fits within the broader communications mix
- A passion for influencers and a desire to stay up to date on influencer and social trends
- Knowledge and understanding of the social media environment
- Excellent communicator, both written and oral
- A curious, creative thinker with lots of enthusiasm and ability to learn on the job
- A positive can-do attitude and willingness to get involved and work as part of a team.
