As an entrepreneurial developer within our team, you will play an important role by taking innovative exploration projects from concept to completion. This is a highly diverse and hands-on role where you will:
- Code across different technology stacks.
- Conduct in-depth research and data analysis.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Incubate and validate new ideas rapidly.
- Lead projects end-to-end, turning ambiguous concepts into clear, impactful results.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a passion for technology and innovation. To succeed in this role, you should bring:
- An entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership qualities.
- Creative thinking rooted in first principles and a proactive, can-do approach.
- An endless desire to learn and experiment with new technologies.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or tech leadership roles, with a strong desire to remain hands-on with coding (Backend experience is a must, Full-Stack is preferred, and Web3 is highly preferred).
- A solid understanding of both product and technology, with the ability to self-start and deliver end-to-end results.
- Expertise in blockchain technologies, demonstrated by a proven track record building complex blockchain-based products.
- Genuine enthusiasm for blockchain technology – this is critical for success.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Solidity or Smart Contract coding (Advantage).
- Good understanding of and ability to work with Data (Advantage).
- AI-related skills (Advantage).
- Ability to work remotely within the EU timezone (required).
