The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Implementation QA Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced QA professional to take a leadership role in ensuring the quality and success of our  implementations. As the Lead Implementation QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in our testing process, working closely with the Implementation team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

What you will do:

  • Lead QA Activities: Oversee and lead the QA activities for client implementation projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Test Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for new implementations and enhancements, including defining test objectives, scope, and criteria.
  • Test Case Design and Execution: Design, review, and execute detailed test cases based on functional requirements. Ensure thorough coverage of test scenarios.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle. Work closely with Implementation /PS teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of fixes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and coverage.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of QA analysts, providing support, training, and performance feedback.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Implementation, Solution Consultants, project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and quality standards.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Generate and present detailed QA reports and metrics to project stakeholders, highlighting key findings, risks, and recommendations.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate and support UAT activities with clients, ensuring successful validation of implementations.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and provide mitigation strategies to address potential quality issues in implementation projects.

Who you are:

You are an experienced QA analyst with a strong background in  testing and quality assurance. You have excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for ensuring the highest standards of quality. You are a natural leader who can mentor and guide a team of QA analysts, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can work closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior QA role.
  • Proficient in QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with test automation tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of QA analysts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Good to have knowledge of finance industry
  • Knowledge of Python
  • Relevant QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
