Tajalla, a leading creative agency based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visual content that resonates with our diverse clientele and supports their branding and marketing goals.
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will take the lead on various projects, from conception to execution, while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams. Your innovative design solutions will play a crucial role in elevating our clients' brands and enhancing their visibility in a competitive market.
The ideal candidate is a visionary designer with extensive experience in graphic design, exceptional technical skills, and a passion for creativity. You should be comfortable working under pressure and possess the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
Responsibilities:- Develop and refine design concepts for a wide range of projects, including branding, marketing materials, digital graphics, and more.
- Collaborate with team to understand their needs and deliver design solutions that align with their brand identity.
- Present and articulate design ideas to clients, incorporating their feedback into the creative process.
- Generate high-quality visuals that effectively communicate messages to target audiences.
- Lead design initiatives and mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Stay current with design trends and technologies to continually enhance your skills and the agency's offerings.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and maintain consistency across all designs.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of styles and projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles including composition, color theory, typography, branding, and document design.
- Knowledge of cultural and industry trends, with the ability to apply them creatively in design work.
- Strong design thinking skills, with the ability to approach projects strategically and deliver user-centered solutions.
- Familiarity with AI tools and other innovative design technologies to enhance workflow and creativity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, showing flexibility and speed in meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Experience in leading design projects, giving constructive feedback, and mentoring junior designers.
- Ability to follow creative direction and execute tasks as instructed by directors or senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
