About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Front-End Web Experience UI Developer with deep expertise in React.js, Next.js, and cutting-edge UI technologies for building modern web experiences. You will be responsible for building immersive, fluid, real-time, and responsive web applications that include multi-pane interfaces, canvas-based visual tools, conversational UIs powered by AI and LLMs, multi-modal creative content generated by AI models, and generative UI components. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on crafting dynamic, collaborative, and intelligent user experiences.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance, responsive, and dynamic web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Design and implement advanced React patterns using custom hooks, memoization, and context composition.
• Leverage existing component libraries and frameworks, with the ability to customize / extend them for variations in styling, views, and behavior.
• Build new components in React.js and Next.js, applying best practices in component development and reuse.
• Manage application state using Redux and Context API, ensuring scalability and maintainability, for both stateful and stateless web apps.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional, pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Maintain code quality through testing, documentation, and code reviews.
• Build highly composable, highly modular, and highly flexible user interfaces, that enable multiple interactions and functions within the same experience
• Create conversational UI interfaces that support real-time, streaming chat-based interactions against LLMs and AI Agents, intelligent document and media processing, and AI assistant / AI-agent managed conversations and threads.
• Integrate rich media content (images, video, audio) into the UI to enhance storytelling, interactivity, and user engagement.
• Design for multi-modal interaction, enabling users to interact via voice, text, and other visual inputs.
• Build multi-user interfaces that support concurrent interactions, conflict resolution, and shared state management.
• Implement real-time collaboration features using WebSockets, including multi-user editing, presence indicators, and synchronized state updates.
• Implement localization and internationalization (i18n) best practices, including RTL support, Unicode compatibility, and culturally adaptive UI elements.
• Leverage generative UI to enable dynamic user interfaces.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end web experience development.
• Expert in TypeScript and JavaScript programming and development standards.
• Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and JSX.
• Expert-level proficiency in React.js and the React ecosystem.
• Expert-level proficiency in Next.js for building high-performance web applications.
• Deep experience with React Hooks and custom hook composition.
• Proficiency in Redux and Context API for scalable state management.
• Experience with WebSockets and asynchronous communication for real-time features.
• Demonstrated experience building conversational UIs, chat interfaces with multiple threads, multi-user interfaces, and AI assistant / AI-agent led interfaces.
• Strong understanding of multi-pane UI interfaces using different tools like React Split Pane, React Resizable Panels, and React Resplit.
• Strong understanding of canvas-based UIs and canvas components, using libraries such as Fabric.js and React Konva for highly interactive, visual, drag-and-drop experiences.
• Experience with multi-modal UI design, including voice, and visual / media input handling.
• Proficiency with a broad variety of UI libraries and Frameworks such as Styled Components, Radix UI, Chakra UI, Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, etc.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, flexbox, CSS Grid, grid and layout frameworks, and media queries.
• Experience with localization (L10n) and internationalization (i18n), including RTL layout support and cultural adaptation.
• Experience with API integration and orchestration with back-end REST APIs
• Strong Understanding of front-end performance profiling and front-end optimization techniques to optimize page load and rendering times.

Additional Preferred Qualifications and Capabilities (Nice-to-have)

• Experience with GraphQL integration.
• Experience with navigating complex design systems.
• Experience with automation of Design-to-Code lifecycles
• Exposure to 3D or immersive web experience development (e.g., Three.js, WebGL).
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of past work.
