-To provide expert advice to superiors for Financial Reporting & Accounting and manage the reporting and accounting requirements for the general ledger; to ensure compliance with external and internal accounting reporting requirements in a timely and accurate manner.

Position Purpose:

Understand business process, perform risk assessment, walkthroughs, conducting tests of design and operating effectiveness of controls. Assess and analyze activities related to Segregation of duties. Provide training and support to control owners to strengthen internal control compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Perform risk assessment, walkthroughs, and conduct test-of-one for controls as per the methodology.
• Perform operating effectiveness testing as per the methodology.
• Provide status updates and monitor closely for the completion of each of the above milestones.
• Perform additional activities as per the requirements of the GFCC methodology.
• Perform activities related to Transparency Reporting
• Co-ordination with external auditors
• Participate in continuous improvement and automation projects, as required.
• Monitor and Report on Key Performance Indicators, analyze trends and provide insights on the overall controls and compliance to various local and global stakeholders.

What you’ll bring to the role:Essential Requirements:

• CA or Equivalent
• 3+ years post qualification experience
• Prior working experience in a large Audit firm,
• Industry experience
• Internal/Statutory/ SOX 404 Audit
• Good Presentation and Communication Skills
