Acumatica is hiring a Senior Finance Lead to report to our Director of Finance, GTM, and support our Sales and Marketing organizations. In this role, you will:

• Partner cross-functionally to support annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and performance tracking for bookings, revenue, and key SaaS metrics.
• Create financial models, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for existing and new revenue streams.
• Own all headcount and non-headcount expenses for GTM organizations.
• Partner with GTM leadership to provide actionable insights through financial models, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis, aligning investment strategies with revenue growth targets.

• 5-10 years of experience in FP&A roles partnering with business leaders. SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and financial modeling capabilities. Advanced Excel skills.
• Growth mindset with a curiosity to learn new skills and readily tackle complex new assignments.
• Passion for serving the business and earning business partners’ trust.
• Strong work ethic, based on a desire to consistently exceed internal customers’ expectations.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with other members of the Finance team and other cross-functional contributors and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.

For this role, the salary range is $140,000-$165,000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements.
At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
